We currently ship from and within Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Shipping outside of these locations are handled on request and on volume purchases. Email us at orders[at]geoluminous.co.uk

Currently, we only fulfil all orders/deliveries from and within Nigeria and the United Kingdom. 

If you are outside of these locations and want to make a custom or volume purchase, email us at orders[at]geoluminous.co.uk with your location, and we will set up an arrangement for you as necessary.

We aim for our products to be available worldwide with time.

Nigeria:

For orders within Nigeria, delivery is a flat rate based on your location. The available delivery options are: home delivery (attracts a higher rate) and terminal pickup. 

UK:

Orders within the UK across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland are a flat delivery rate for smaller items and inclusive of taxes. Larger items may cost extra which you will be asked to pay for upon delivery if this is the case.

International:

Shipping to neighbouring West African countries and the EU may be considered upon request and in volume purchases. Email us at orders[at]geoluminous.co.uk.

Sometimes, international shipping may come with additional charges, such as custom or freight duties and/or VAT, imposed by your country. If your country imposes additional charges on your order, you will be required to make this payment to receive your package.

If you are ordering within Nigeria/United Kingdom, it will typically arrive within 3-6 business days (for already made items) after payment confirmation. This will also apply if you make an order outside of these countries but with a delivery address in Nigeria/United Kingdom.

For custom orders, kindly allow for 5-7 business days for your item to get to you, this includes the proofing of the product where necessary.

For other countries, this will be communicated to you at the point of your custom request and is dependent on the agreed delivery partner/courier service.

For pre-orders, the delivery timelines stated above applies after the stipulated date of release.

Every order is important to us so we aim to fulfil all orders as quickly as they are received. However, you may cancel or make changes to your order within the first 12 hours of your purchase. To do this, please email us at orders[at]geoluminous.co.uk.

You may choose to purchase another item with the value paid or request for a refund. A refund, however, will attract a 5% processing fee as charged by our payment portal.
